I would like to thank yourself and the rest of the team who have supported my mum from the start to the finish am overwhelmed with what the support staff have done for mum since yous guys have come on board.

Today is the first time that Joe had come to the home and he has been fantastic. Residents have responded well to him and his communication is great. I have personally just thanked him for the compassionate way that I overheard him speaking to a resident. Just wanted to pass on the praise in the hope that you could also pass onto him

As a recent new comer to Staffscanner I am absolutely delighted at how user friendly the system is and how helpful all of the team have been. I was particularly impressed by the willingness to make system improvements as a result of user feedback.
