We understand that emergencies happen. Our cancellation policy requires timely notification to allow care homes to find a replacement. A fee may be applied if we determine the cancelation is your fault.

All Cancelations must be done via phone call. If you need to cancel the shift you must contact the office on 03330 094 5922.

We do not accept cancelations via text, email or live chat. If you cancel a shift within 24 hours of starting the shift starting, then you may be liable to a £50 admin fee.
