What's new with Staffscanner?
This page details everything you need to know about new features and enhancements added to the platform.
These updates are FREE to all our care providers. You should automatically see the changes when opening the Staffscanner platform, but if you’re having issues, please contact us. For new customers, or those wishing to change staffing providers, arrange a call back here.
The tabbed view helps you separate Open, Pending, and Filled Shifts.

The new Bookings tab lists all upcoming shifts at the location making it easier for you to rate and favourite candidates.
You can now also print the list with just a button.
The Shift Templates link is now easier to find; located in the left-hand menu.
Need to cancel a shift? No Need to Call.
You can now enable cancelling shifts on the platform, this means no more phone calls to cancel shifts!
This can be turned on and off on a per-location basis in Location Settings.
Stay on top of cancellation fees!
We will now send suitable warnings about any cancellation charges that might be due!
